Rewards can be earned in two ways:
Monthly Reward
You can earn the value of £1 a month in Rewards for each month that you remain in your Card Services Agreements.
You will receive your Reward one month from the date you registered and then on that same date for each month afterwards.
Bonus Reward
After you have held your Handepay Rewards Membership for 12 months, you will be eligible to earn a Bonus Reward. Your eligibility date will be displayed on your Membership Dashboard.
You can earn a Bonus Reward when you renew your terminal lease agreement (or, if you do not have a terminal lease agreement, your e-commerce and/or virtual terminal agreement) through Handepay. The value of your Bonus Reward could be between £10 -£125 depending on whether you renew for a 12-month or 18-month agreement and what your annual net card acquiring turnover is. Your Rewards are redeemable for a Love2shop eGift Card. Your Love2shop e-gift card lets you choose from a huge selection of in-store, online, experience, and dining brands.

You can only redeem your Monthly Reward when you have collected 12 months’ worth of Rewards.
You can redeem your Bonus Reward once it is added to your available Bonus Rewards pot, which should be within 60 days of signing your new agreement.
Members may redeem their Rewards for a Love2shop e-Gift Card by clicking the ‘redeem now’ button on your Membership Dashboard. This will send you an email with your e-Gift Card in the form of a digital gift code and a link which takes you to the Love2shop Rewards website to spend your e-Gift Card.
All Rewards expire within 6 months of them being made available for redemption.

Remember, Monthly Rewards are available to redeem after 12 months’ have passed, and Bonus Rewards are available 60 days after you signed a new terminal leasing agreement.
Section 2 – Accessing your Membership

Please contact us via the Contact Us form at the bottom of these FAQs and we will help fix your access
If you need to change your email address and/or other details, please contact Handepay directly on rewards@handepay.co.uk or call 01942 400 089. Your Membership Dashboard is connected to the details Handepay hold on file for you, so you need to update them with Handepay in order to update them on Handepay Rewards.
Any changes should show within a month of changes being made.
If you cancel your Membership or your before you redeem your Rewards, you will lose any available Rewards on your Membership at the time.
If you cancel your Card Services Agreements, you will lose any available Rewards that you have not redeemed.
If you sell your business, your Membership will be terminated and any available and unredeemed Rewards will be lost.
If you change your business structure or legal entity type (e.g. you go from a sole trader to a limited company), your Membership will not change and you will not lose any Rewards. We will automatically update your Membership details as needed in order to reflect the change, but you can carry on earning and redeeming Rewards as usual.
Section 3 – e-Gift Card and Product Redemption

Love2shop e-Gift Cards can only be redeemed for rewards from the e-Gift Card redemption portal. You can pick from a selection of in-store, online, experience, and dining brands. For the full list of retailers please click here.
Please note: accepting retailers continually change. Details correct at time of design.
Your Love2shop e-Gift Card will have an expiry date on the email when it is sent to you. This will be a year from the date of dispatch.
Please note when you exchange your e-Gift Card, you will receive a new product which would have its own expiry date.
The Love2shop Card will have an expiry date printed on the front of it, this will be at least a year from the date of dispatch, however this is normally much longer.
If you have issues using either product, please contact help@love2shop.co.uk or call 0344 375 0739 with your card number or code details, so the Love2shop team can investigate further.
Unfortunately once your order has been dispatched the delivery address cannot be changed.
e-Gift Cards are sent to your registered email address, if you would like to change this, please update your registered email address before placing your order.
Once e-Gift Cards have been dispatched, they can only be resent to the original email address.
Once you have converted your Love2shop e-Gift Card, the delivery times will depend on the final product you have chosen.
If you have selected an e-code, these are delivered to your registered email address within 3 full working days. Don’t forget to check your junk and spam inboxes too.
Physical cards are delivered to the address entered at checkout within 10 full working days at most, however this is normally much sooner.
Should the above timeframe pass and you have still not received your order, please fill out a Contact Us form at the bottom of these FAQs so we can investigate further. Please don’t forget to include the address you have requested delivery to.
If you have your card number or code details, please contact help@love2shop.co.uk or call 0344 375 0739 to organise a replacement. Please note this team are unable to assist with any non-received orders or queries related to the program.
If you cannot find your card or code details, please contact us so we can provide these to you.
Please note replacing lost physical cards may incur a fee.
