Your Membership is registered to the merchant business and should be managed only by the registered contact/business owner. Do not share your login details. If someone accesses your account without consent, we may refuse to re‑credit Rewards.

Only one Membership can be registered per merchant business.

Treat your Membership details carefully and report any unauthorised use via the Contact Us form. We may re‑credit Rewards at our discretion but may refuse where login details were shared or fraud is suspected.

You can redeem Rewards Credit when you have at least £10 available.

Your Reward Credit for renewing your terminal lease agreement will be available to redeem from 60 days after the renewal date

•  Rewards Credit: expires 6 months after it is made available to redeem.
•  Rewards Vouchers: valid until the expiry date printed on the voucher.
•  Love2shop e-gift code: valid until the expiry date on the e-gift code

Go to your Membership Dashboard and select “redeem now”. If you redeem Rewards Credit for a Love2shop e‑gift card, you’ll receive an email with a digital gift code and a link to the Love2shop reward store.

Rewards vouchers will come with instructions on how to redeem.

Once you redeem your Rewards Credit, you can’t swap your choice or have your used Rewards Credit reinstated.

Love2shop e-Gift Cards can only be redeemed for rewards from the e-Gift Card redemption portal.

Love2shop redemption partners sometimes change, so it’s worth checking the Love2shop website regularly.

Yes. You can cancel at any time via the website. If you cancel, you’ll lose the right to redeem any unused Rewards at the time of cancellation.

If you deactivate (but continue to have Card Services Agreements), you can re‑activate later. Any previously earned Rewards remain (unless expired), but you won’t earn Reward while deactivated.

If your business is sold or otherwise changes ownership, or if you terminate all Card Services Agreements, your Membership ends and any unredeemed Rewards are lost.
